Quebec Arrima Program

The Ministry of Immigration, Francization and Integration (MIFI) issued invitations under the Quebec Regular Skilled Worker Program (QSWP). Candidates must have registered their Expression of Interest (EOI) in Quebec’s online registration portal, Arrima. An EOI is a pre-application screening process. It allows Quebec to select from those who are interested in immigrating to the province, and invite them to submit their application.

Must have French language test. The French assessment tests and diplomas accepted by the Ministère are:

• TEF
• TCF
• DALF
• DELF
• TEFAQ

Eligibility:

The selection grid has nine factors with different criteria for assessment. These factors enable an assessment of your potential for integration into the Québec labour market and society, as well as that of your accompanying spouse.

• Education
• Training (Discipline of Education and Work Experience)
• Work experience
• Age
• Language proficiency (TEF/ TCF/ DALF/ DELF/ TEFAQ and IELTS)
• Stays and family in Québec
• Characteristics of your spouse
• Validated job offer
• Children
• Capacity for financial self-sufficiency
