Saskatchewan Immigrant Nominee Business Program (SINP)


             

           International Skilled Worker: Saskatchewan Express Entry

The SINP is one of the steps toward becoming a permanent resident in Saskatchewan. The applicant who has Express Entry profile with several years of Experience in different fields are eligible for this program.

 

Eligibility:

You may qualify if you live outside Canada or have proof of legal status in Canada, are not a refugee claimant, and:

  • Have a valid Express Entry Profile Number and Job Seeker Code.
  • Score a minimum of 60 points on the SINP point assessment grid.
  • Have a language test result that meets the federal Express Entry language requirements.
  • Have completed post-secondary school or training that is comparable to at least one year of Canadian education. You must have earned a diploma, certificate or degree related to your intended occupation. To find out if your education is related to your intended occupation you can review the “Employment Requirements” section of your National Occupation Code profile.
  • Have experience in a job that is not on the Excluded Occupation List. Your work experience must be related to your occupation and education.

 

 

International Skilled Worker: Occupation In-Demand

The Saskatchewan Immigrant Nominee Program (SINP) is a way to immigrate to Canada. Occupation In-Demand is a Canadian immigration stream under the Saskatchewan Immigrant Nominee Program (SINP). It’s designed for skilled foreign workers who have work experience in occupations that are in demand in Saskatchewan, even without a Canadian job offer. If selected, applicants can receive a provincial nomination, which helps them apply for permanent residence in Canada.

Eligibility

  • You live outside of Canada or have proof of legal status in Canada.
  • Are not a refugee claimant.
  • Score a minimum of 60 points out of 110 on the SINP point assessment grid.
  • Have a language score of at least 4 – Canadian Language Benchmark (CLB) 4.
  • Have completed post-secondary education, training or apprenticeship that’s comparable to that in Canada. You must have earned a diploma, certificate or degree related to your intended occupation. 
  • Have work experience that is high skilled and not on the Excluded Occupation List. Your work experience must be related to your occupation and education.

  • Agriculture
  • Skilled Trades
  • Energy
  • Mining (including critical minerals)
  • Manufacturing
  • Technology
