The Atlantic Immigration Pilot is a partnership between the Government of Canada and the four Atlantic provinces: New Brunswick, Newfoundland and Labrador, Nova Scotia and Prince Edward Island.
Candidates can be living abroad or be in Canada temporarily, but must have a job offer from a designated employer before applying.
If you receive a job offer from an employer:
->ask for a copy of the employer’s Confirmation of Designation, or
->tell them about the Atlantic Immigration Pilot and ask them to consider becoming designated, if they aren’t already
->Labour Market Impact Assessment (LMIA) Documents
also required:
->Educational Credential Assessment (ECA) report
->Language Testing Results from an approved language test, and score Canadian Level Benchmark of level 4 or higher.
Please NOTE: Applicants who can manage the job offer and LMIA documents are eligible to apply for Atlantic Immigration Pilot Program.Job offer with LMIA is not so easy to collect from outside of Canada. Usually, foreigners who studied and worked in Canada have the opportunity to apply for this program.
